1. H. Martin Foundation is Purely Humanitarian Service, which humbly desires to contribute toward the sustainable development and well being of people in 186 countries.
2. Sole and Absolute Authority rests upon the Founder-Chairman, Sole Funder and Sole Signatory of the Funds, whether it be in the areas of operation and investments, as well as the appointment of Directors and other key officers. Such Authority however, is absolutely assured to be guided by and in accordance with, the purely humanitarian principles and aspirations upon which the Founder-Chairman had Founded, Funded, and Continues to Dedicate his remaining years on earth to, the Foundation.
3. The Foundation will provide funding in perpetuity and without revocation, to these institutions which are listed in Annex "A" of its agreement with the Federal Reserve Regulatory Board (God Bless Them): International Red Cross, Worldcare Inc., UNICEF-Food for the Hungry, UN Department of Nutrition in London, International Foundation for Disabled Children, as well as NASA-her function on environmental protection and/or preservation as well as the provision of needed modern communication, machinery, equipment and experts in connection thereto. All projects of the Foundation shall be done in cooperation with or through, these types of organizations.
4. The Foundation as well as its officers and members who shall not pay any membership fees nor levied any dues, shall be assured of livelihood in the form of employment or entrepreneurial support shall not solicit outside funding nor accept donations.
5. The funding of the Foundation’s projects shall be self-generated from its own Principal fund, which shall not be withdrawn from, and rather shall remain as perpetual deposit in the world’s banking system. This shall be done through a separate Trust Fund, the “H. Martin Trust”, which the Foundation shall organize and shall be the recipient of perpetual funding from the Foundation in the form of endowment, managed in a very harmonious manner, to generate everlasting funding for the Foundations’ projects worldwide.
6. In relation to No. 5 herein, the Foundation shall generate Funds only on the basis of redemption of values of actual production (goods and/or services) in order not to disturb more so destabilize, the monetary system of any country in the world.
7. In adherence to the principle of accountability even to itself, the Funds of the Foundation shall be subject to audit by a reputable accounting group which is recognized by the Federal Reserve Regulatory Board.
8. The Foundation recognized that the earth’s resources are not inherited from one’s parents but rather, merely borrowed from the oncoming generation. The projects of the Foundation shall therefore give particular attention to the sustainable restoration and/or preservation of the earth’s resources, for the ultimate well-being of the children, the deserving beneficiaries or innocent victims of what the present generation does now.
9. The projects of the Foundation shall be anchored on the moral values and respect of tradition of the Family, the basic unit of society. The stability of the Family benefits the Community, which ensures the Unity of the members, as they assume their own Responsibility, thus shall result to Opportunity for all.
