2.    Why is the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services not registered in the  Philippines or in the United States of America?

The Original Registered Physical Owners, recognized by the United States Government, intentionally did not register the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services in the Philippines and the United States of America.  This was done so that the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services will be structured and be able to function as a Worldwide Humanitarian Funding Institution in collaboration with the Government and completion of the necessary requirements set by the Highest Monetary Authorities .  We are presently conducting business as a foreign Foundation, registered in Indonesia, doing business in the Philippines and the United States through free trade and commerce relationships between nations.

3.      Is the Foundation registered as a non-profit organization?

Yes. In Indonesia (see Question No.1) but not in the United States.  We are NOT an ordinary Foundation.  The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is going to be a Worldwide Humanitarian FUNDING Institution.  There is a need to collaborate and cooperate with the Government and the  Highest Monetary Authorities for their formal approval, otherwise FUNDS CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED to any institution anywhere in the world.  This is what makes the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services unique in many respects.  Additionally, it is also a regulation in the United States that after a period of registering a non-profit foundation, the entity must begin to operate, otherwise it will be suspended from doing any business.

4.      Do you have a Board of Directors or Board of Trustees?

No. It is the desire of Abba Martin Eddy Hornido Tirwatadinata, the Founder / World Chairman, to NOT have a Board of Directors or Board of Trustees but a structure of Governing Bodies that would prevent any potential future legal issues over the Founder’s wealth and the functioning purpose of the HMF.  The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is going to have a group of Governing Bodies that will oversee the Worldwide Governance, Operation, and Management of the Foundation.

5.      Who are the Registered Physical Owners of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services?

6.      What makes H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services different from all other Foundations?

The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is being structured as a Worldwide Humanitarian Funding Institution, which will provide funding in perpetuity as long as the projects are aligned with the Founder’s Vision and Mission.  The funding of projects will be self-generated from its own Principal Fund and will not rely on donations or fundraising.  Only the generated interest or profits from the Principal Fund will be used to finance projects worldwide.

7.      Who will audit the funds?

In adherence to the principle of accountability even to itself, the Funds of HMF shall be subject to audit by a reputable accounting group that is recognized by the Highest Monetary Authorities.

8.      Have you funded any project yet?

No, because of the magnitude of the assets of the Founder, the Registered Physical Owners have to prepare the necessary requirements by the Highest Monetary Authorities.  The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services - Philippines has met one of the requirements which is the PEOPLE as we have over 100,000 operating Potential HMF Volunteers / Leaders and NGOs all over the Philippines. The H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services USA under the leadership of the Vice World Chairman, has gathered International Humanitarian Leaders with organized projects already in operation, which are the “PEOPLE”, to implement the First Three (3) Projects approved by the Founder for funding.  HMF-USA has also put together the PROGRAM, how we are going to operate globally.  We are now at the point of putting together existing PROJECTS in operation and finalizing the Preliminary Humanitarian Collaborative Agreements with Project Leaders in adherence to the requirements of the Highest Monetary Authorities.

9.      How will the funds be allocated?

The Foundation shall generate Funds only on the basis of redemption of values of actual production (goods and/or services) in order not to disturb or destabilize the monetary system of any country in the world (The Founder’s Doctrine # 6).

10.     What do you mean by a “sovereign nation” in the Founder’s Vision?

The reference to “a sovereign nation” in the Founder’s Vision acknowledges the Sovereignty of the Creator whose authority is supreme over all the 186 H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services national branches throughout the world.  This acknowledges the “Spiritual” Sovereignty of the Almighty God.  It is not a reference to any political aspiration, social or economic sovereignty by HMF in a “physical” sense.

11.     Why do you have “Ora Et Labora” in your logo and what does it mean?

Since God is Spirit, the spiritual nature and approach of this program requires a living Faith, constant Prayer and Spiritual maturity.  The physical manifestation of the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services demands diligence and work to transform faith into action.  Through fervent prayer and intensive labor, the Founder’s Vision will be materialized - transforming vision into reality.  That is why “Ora Et Labora” meaning “Pray and Work” is on the HMF logo.

12.    Is this Foundation a religious organization?

No.  The Foundation does not promote or advocate any particular religion or faith.  H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services is a purely humanitarian service, which humbly desires  to contribute towards the sustainable development and well-being of people in 186 countries.  As stated in the Founder’s Vision, “…where every tribe and faith are respected, Where diverse tongues and tradition work for a common good…”

13.    Who is God that is honored and glorified at the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION?

H. MARTIN FOUNDATION is a Humanitarian Foundation and not a ministry or a religious organization.  Every person who aligns himself or herself with the HMF, acknowledges the God of his/her choice.  The Founder’s Vision is to have respect for every tribe and faith, so HMF respects everyone’s choice to acknowledge their own God without interference or hindrance.  As a Humanitarian Service to all people of different faith, tribe and tradition, we do not discriminate against nor promote any religion.

14.    Do I have to change my religious beliefs to align with the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION’S Vision?

The goal of the  Vision and Mission of HMF is purely for humanitarian service and not for any religious beliefs.  Humanitarian assistance to all people in need transcends all religions and spiritual practices.

15.    Do I have to change my religious affiliation and loyalty when I align with the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION’S Vision?

No.  Every religion and core beliefs are respected at the H. MARTIN FOUNDATION.  We do not promote nor dismiss any religion and belief.  HMF is purely Humanitarian Service, which humbly desires to contribute in the development and well-being of the people in 186 countries, so that people all over the world may have “Life In Its Fullness.”

16.     What projects are already approved for funding by the Founder of H. MARTIN FOUNDATION Far East Humanitarian Services USA?

The first three projects approved for funding by The Most Honorable ABBA MARTIN EDDY HORNIDO TIRWATADINATA are:

1) Free Childcare Centers and Before / After School Programs,

2) College Scholarship in the United States and Full Scholarship Program (Elementary, High School to College in the PHILIPPINES), and

3) H. Martin Global Disaster Relief and Community Development Network

17.     Who will benefit from the free childcare, the after school care program, and the scholarship program?

These programs are available to all students who have the desire to finish higher education and to children of HMF leaders, workers, and volunteers, including families of collaborating organizations and institutions as part of the volunteers’ benefits.

18.     Is there an age limit to avail of the scholarship program?

No. It is open to all individuals, young and old, who can meet the college requirements and are willing to align with the Vision and the Mission of the Foundation. There is no age limit. As long as you enrolled in college and maintain passing grades, H. MARTIN FOUNDATION will support you from beginning to end. It is open to all individuals, young and old, who can meet the college requirements and are willing to align with the Vision and the Mission of the Foundation.

19.     What is the requirement after an individual graduates from college?

Students who are given scholarship must volunteer (with honorarium and complete benefits) and work with the HMF for two years after graduation, to utilize their education and/or expertise to help our humanitarian cause.  Graduates who excel academically will be given the opportunity to choose whichever state or country they would like to serve.

20.     Why is it important for existing organizations to participate ?

HMF can enhance the visions and operations of existing organizations  and provide what is lacking to create a “wholistic” model project, to come up with one budget, to streamline the funding process.  Everyone can implement the project simultaneously.  In GOD’s Program, whatever is needed will be taken cared of with perpetual funding.  Organizations will be required to align with the HMF Vision to expand their current humanitarian missions. They can go global with us under a concerted global banner. Instead of competition, greed or jealousy, there is cooperation and empowerment through unity.  No leadership protocols will be changed other than gaining added prestige. It will increase their organization’s momentum, creating a beautiful outcome.
