H.M.F. FIRST THREE PROJECTS
FOR THE CHILDREN OF UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
AND OTHER COUNTRIES THEREAFTER
1A. HMF FREE CHILDCARE CENTERS
MISSION
- Provide good quality childcare for all children of America by having professional nurses and doctors aside from professional teachers, to take care of them in their first five significant years crucial for child development when they start to explore, learn and discover. A stage that is very important to develop and produce intelligent, happy and well-motivated children in school.
CRITERIA
- Age to be accepted, infant up to 5 years old.
- To give particular attention to children of families who can be classified under the category of the poor and the "working poor".
- Parents / Guardians must sign a contract / agreement with H. Martin Foundation.
- Placement of children by the parents for the following purposes:
- For Parents / Guardians to go to school for higher education.
- Go to work or seek for employment.
- For hospital emergencies, doctor's appointments or court duties.
- Parents / Guardians must sign a release of liability and waiver of damages.
IMPLEMENTATION
- Based on the needs of the community, H. Martin Foundation will collaborate with existing Charitable Organizations and with Private Childcare Providers.
- To lease, buy or construct buildings that will be used for childcare centers.
- Collaborate with existing National and Local Government Childcare Programs.

1B. H. MARTIN BEFORE AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS
MISSION
Provide a safe and wholesome environment where children can go to Before and After-School Programs. Provide quality Enrichment Programs to develop the talents of the children in:
Reading and Playing Music. Arts & Crafts. Sports. Theater and Dance.- Provide Professionals to tutor the children with their homework.
H. MARTIN BEFORE AND AFTER-SCHOOL BENEFITS
State of the art facilities, that after school children can look forward going to:
High-Tech Computer Lab. Educational video games. Complete availability of musical instruments. Complete sport pools, tracks, and courts. Nutritional Snacks Will bring out the best in children. Results in quality time for the family in the evening.2. H. MARTIN COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
MISSION
- To provide all children of America, an opportunity of a lifetime for them to complete their education with full concentration. An opportunity for them to have a better foundation when they start to work and future stability when they start to have their own family.
CRITERIA
- Open to all children who have the desire to finish college.
- Have to abide with policies and regulations set by HMF.
- Must have the desire to change for the better, a chance to start life anew.
- Maintain good behavior and character.
- Must not be involved with any group that will be characterized as
gangs, sororities or fraternities that involves hazing and / or violence.- Must not drink, smoke or use drugs, and must submit to periodic drug test.
- Must maintain passing grades and submit progress / expense reports.
- Must render two years of humanitarian service to the H. Martin Foundation with full benefits in the country of their own choosing.
IMPLEMENTATION
- Motivate existing H. Martin scholars with programs like College Exchange for those who excel (in any school or country they want to go to, an opportunity for them to see the world and learn different cultures) and a very good "position of trust" with any HMF projects / organizations after college.
- Coordinate with existing organizations to set up a complete support network for proper implementation.
BENEFITS
It is the objective of the H. Martin Foundation to produce well-behaved and well-disciplined students, as we educate them for a better tomorrow. Educating them materially and spiritually to balance the growth and bring back the relationship of each individual to God, his Creator.
- Every student under this program will be given:
- H. Martin Scholarship Card which would function like a credit card to be used for educational expenses such as:
- Books and Supplies.
- Room and Board.
- Clothing / Uniform Allowance.
- Computer Hardware / Software.
- Transportation Allowance.
- Supplemental insurance benefits such as health, dental, & vision.
